This elephant is for the idea I previously posted about.

I won't say what the idea is just yet but it involves African animals.

Still a work in progress.

By the way. I resigned from my job in Sydney to focus on doing some freelance Illustration and design.

Now that I don't have to travel so much I'll have stuff up here more frequently.

So keep an eye on what's going on.

I figured it out.

Here's more of my old stuff.

I'm clearing out my files and thought I'd share some of what I used to do. Now I'll move on and make better stuff.

In these next two works, you can see I used no construction in the characters, something I have made sure I've learned in the past couple of years.

There's some fun stuff though.

Welcome to my blog. I'm Ross McCaughey from Windang, South coast New South Wales in Australia, and I draw pictures and colour in for a living.

This is my first post so you've missed nothing.

I travel for 3 hours everyday to get to and home from work in Sydney so I've got a bit of time to draw on the train. So I'll share some of my most recent sketches with yoos.

These are some designs for an idea my Aunty Helen had that I've sort of run with in a bit of a different direction.

There's more to come.
